What was the highlight of Baan Samui Resort
Close to the city centre, well located, on the beach, with a friendly staff.
It was our first trip to Thailand, and therefore our first experience of what it was like there. The country, especially the island of Koh Samui, is beautiful! The people, not just the accommodation staff, are open and friendly, you can tell they are sincere to the guest! The accommodation is located not far from the centre of the town, extending right down to the sea. Our room was on the second floor, we could see the sea from the window, the view was beautiful! It was just like the pictures. Every day there was cleaning, always fresh linen, the staff was very nice and helpful. We asked for breakfast as an extra for our room, it consisted of local fruits, cereals, other breakfast foods, you could have it with the other guests at the beach bar. Value for money for us (there were two of us) it was absolutely worth it, I can recommend it with a clear heart!
It's hard to get used to this as a European, but it's not customary (or maybe they don't like it) to flush the toilet paper. It is one of those things. There was nothing else that was particularly negative and bad for us. You should also be prepared for a preference for cash payments, except in a few places.

Heaven in Samui ️
The property was fantastic! The staff were amazing, so lovely and helpful, all of them! The pool was great, the sea so clear and refreshing. The rooms were equip with everything you Mat need. The breakfast delicious, and thank you Tan for looking after us. The gorgeous receptionists could not have done any better, we had a problem and they really helped us, thank you ️

I will stay here everytime I come back
Totally loved it here, not the biggest of resorts but everything about it gives you a good feeling. The staff are the best I've experienced. The room was so nice, and insulated, couldn't hear a thing outside your room at night (no club music) Pool and dining area was right on the beach front, and the beach area is the best part of Chewang Beach. Breaky buffet was excellent, food served during the day was so good as well. Baan will be my first choice whenever I visit Koh Samui ????
